  Connect the desktop app to your account from your browser.

• Use the desktop app and tray

  The app’s tabs, menu-bar and tray quick actions, displays, and capture rules.

• Pause capture, work hours, and idle time

  Pause on demand, pause outside your working days and hours, and pause when idle.

• Choose what gets captured

  Set capture mode to Everything, All but these, or Only these.

• Update the desktop app

  Install a new version now, or turn on Automatic updates.

• Fix desktop recording

  Check capture status, permissions, displays, sign-in, and updates.
