The export builder shows how many hours are ready and warns about time that is still awaiting review or submission.

Read the status before creating a file

• Approved: reviewed time that is ready for a final file.
• Awaiting review: submitted time that a manager has not reviewed yet.
• Unsubmitted: time the contributor has not submitted.

Open Time Status when the file needs more than approved time. The warning below the builder states how many hours will be left out under the current setting.
