Timesheets

Review & submit your timesheet

Confirm your own day, submit it, and change it later.

Reviewing is where you confirm your drafted day and submit it. When your workspace publishes timesheets only after submission, others can’t see your activities until you submit. Admins can choose to publish automatically after a delay or right away instead.

Open your day

Go to Timesheets. If you can also see your team, choose Just Me. Pick a day to see its activities grouped into sections.

Review or submit

When a day has activities to review and nothing is still being prepared, a Timesheet ready for review banner appears with two choices:

  • Review timesheet opens Power Review, which walks you through the day’s total and each activity.
  • Submit all submits everything that is ready as it is.

You can also open any activity to edit it and select Submit for just that activity. In the desktop app, the same review lives on the Review tab.

Change a submitted day

Submitted activities show an Edit submission option. Use it to reopen the review and make changes. To take a submission back entirely, select Undo submission.

You can still edit a day after a manager has reviewed it. Your changes show as Updated since review, and your manager reviews them again.

Common questions

What does submitting actually do?

It confirms your day for reporting and, when your workspace requires it, sends it to your manager. When the workspace publishes only after submission, others can’t see your activities until you submit, though managers can see how much time is waiting.

Can I change a day after submitting it?

Yes. Select Edit submission to make changes, or Undo submission to take it back. If a manager already reviewed it, your changes go back to them for review.
