Export all time for a client

Create a client-hours CSV for the clients you select.

Create a client export with hours grouped by contributor for the clients you select.

  1. Open Exports
    Select Exports in the main navigation. The page shows the export builder, a live preview, and recent export activity.

    Workspace Exports keeps the builder and recent files on one page.
  2. Choose Clients
    Select Clients, give the file a clear name, and set the date range. Use Included Records and the available status or financial options to narrow the file.

    The Clients preview shows the selected client, contributor, hours, and optional billable amounts.
  3. Create the export
    Check the preview, then select Create workspace export. Timeglass creates Northstar Labs — client hours.csv and adds it to Export Activity for download.

    The new client file is ready when the confirmation appears.
